Soft Skills Trainer

Role Overview: As a team member at DRF, your role will involve helping students build competency through training. You will be responsible for training the aspirants on an integrated module covering English Grammar, Spoken English, MS Office, Basic Mathematics, Soft skills, and Work readiness. Additionally, you will conduct post-placement counselling of aspirants, support the center in assessing the aspirants, publish the entire training plan/calendar of the center, network with guest lecturers/industry for field visits, handhold aspirants at the workplace after placement, and assist the center in various tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Training the aspirants on an integrated module including English Grammar, Spoken English, MS Office, Basic Mathematics, Soft skills, and Work readiness. - Conducting post-placement counselling of aspirants. - Supporting the center in conducting assessments of the aspirants. - Publishing the entire training plan/calendar of the center. - Networking with guest lecturers/industry for arranging field visits. - Handholding aspirants at the workplace after placement. - Assisting the center in other tasks as required.
