The organization, DRF, is a not-for-profit entity established in 1996 with a mission to empower socially and economically vulnerable groups to take charge of their lives. By developing and testing innovative solutions, DRF aims to tackle complex social issues and drive impact through strategic partnerships. Operating across 20 states in India, DRF focuses on working with Children, Youth (including Persons with Disabilities), Women, and Households. DRF's journey began in 1996 with the goal of educating and equipping young individuals with skills to accelerate their entry into various livelihood opportunities. The Livelihood Advancement Business School (LABS), an avant-garde program initiated by DRF, has successfully trained over five lakh aspirants across 120 centers in 20 states in India. Acknowledging the evolving nature of social challenges, DRF emphasizes continuous innovation and a transformative mindset to create sustainable change. Presently, DRF collaborates with a diverse range of partners to collectively address issues in livelihood, education, and health sectors. The organization's new programs - GROW, MITRA, PUSHTI, FLHTL, and ARITRA - are designed to expand collaborative efforts for long-lasting impact. At the core of DRF's endeavors lies the ethos of problem-solving at scale through fostering collaborations and partnerships. As a part of the team, your role will primarily involve supporting students in enhancing their skills through comprehensive training. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting training sessions for aspirants encompassing various modules such as English Grammar, Spoken English, MS Office, Basic Mathematics, Soft skills, and Work readiness. - Providing post-placement counseling to aspirants. - Assisting in conducting assessments of aspirants at the center. - Developing and publishing the Training plan and calendar of the center. - Establishing connections with guest lecturers and industry professionals to organize field visits for aspirants. - Mentoring aspirants in the workplace post-placement for a brief period. - Extending support to the center in additional tasks as necessary. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any stream.,
