As a part of the team, your role will primarily involve supporting students in enhancing their skills through comprehensive training. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting training sessions for aspirants encompassing various modules such as English Grammar, Spoken English, MS Office, Basic Mathematics, Soft skills, and Work readiness. - Providing post-placement counseling to aspirants. - Assisting in conducting assessments of aspirants at the center. - Developing and publishing the Training plan and calendar of the center. - Establishing connections with guest lecturers and industry professionals to organize field visits for aspirants. - Mentoring aspirants in the workplace post-placement for a brief period. - Extending support to the center in additional tasks as necessary. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any stream.,
