Soft Skills Trainer- BPO Location: Kharadi, Pune Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA Conduct soft skills training sessions for new hires and existing staff Design and deliver training modules on communication, customer handling Maintain training reports. Required Candidate profile Qualification: Graduate Experience: 5 years total (min. 2 years as trainer on Paper in BPO) Experience in Inbound Customer Service Excellent Communications skills required.
