Social Media Strategist

·      Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.) aligned with business objectives

·      Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars based on campaigns, trends, and brand goals

·      Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions

·      Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities

·      Understand brand positioning, tone of voice, and target audience to ensure consistent communication

·      Translate brand strategies into effective social media narratives and campaigns

·      Contribute ideas for brand campaigns, launches, and digital storytelling

·      Ensure visual and content consistency across all social media platforms

·      Participate in client meetings to present strategies, ideas, and performance insights

·      Coordinate with design, content, and digital marketing teams for execution

·      Guide social media executives on content direction and campaign execution

·      Provide clear briefs and creative direction to maintain brand alignment

·      2–3 years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing

·      Strong understanding of branding, brand communication, and audience psychology

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Experience handling multiple brands or clients

·      Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using social media insights and tools
