Social Media Strategist



Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and brand-smart Social Media Strategist

You will shape our online voice, build content narratives that reflect our craftsmanship and design philosophy, and grow an engaged design- and retail-focused audience.

This is a full-time role for immediate joiners.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a holistic social media strategy

    for Rewiz & Catalyst Design across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan, create, and curate content

    that highlights retail design, store rollouts, fabrication work, case studies, behind-the-scenes, designer stories, and brand projects.
  • Collaborate with design teams

    to convert projects, renders, installations, and on-site builds into compelling digital stories.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community interactions

    —responding to comments, DMs, and engagement opportunities.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics

    , optimize content strategy, and generate monthly insights.
  • Stay updated on platform trends

    , new features, and best practices within the design, retail, and creative industry.
  • Coordinate with marketing, founders, and creative teams

    to align content with brand objectives and business goals.
  • Support paid promotions

    (if required) for targeted reach, brand visibility, and lead generation.



Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a

    Social Media Strategist / Manager

    , preferably within design, architecture, retail, creative agencies, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of

    Instagram, LinkedIn

    , and content formats suited for B2B storytelling.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute

    aesthetic, design-driven content

    —videos, reels, photos, carousels, and project showcases.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Creator Studio, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Creative thinking and strong copywriting skills with an eye for design.
  • Basic understanding of

    paid social ads

    is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across multiple teams.
