Key Responsibilities Process and monitor customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment Maintain strong communication with partner brands regarding shipping logistics, inventory updates, and delivery timelines Analyze and report on monthly performance metrics from Google Analytics and Meta advertising platforms Implement strategic follow-up with customers who have abandoned checkouts to improve conversion rates Create and distribute engaging content for email campaigns and WhatsApp communications Troubleshoot order issues and coordinate solutions between customers and brand partners Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree / BBA Fresher in e-commerce operations or retail management Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics Proficiency in MS Office and e-commerce platforms A diploma in Marketing will be an added advantage. Campaign Strategy & Management Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max). Develop full-funnel media strategies — awareness, remarketing, and conversion. Build and manage Product Feed campaigns (Google Merchant Center + Shopify integration). Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize performance. 2. Budget Optimization & Performance Tracking Allocate monthly budgets effectively across channels to maintain healthy ROAS and CAC . Monitor daily spends , CPC , CTR , impressions , and conversion rates . Analyze trends, forecast spends, and adjust strategies based on seasonality (festive, summer, Diwali, etc.). Generate detailed weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for leadership. 3. Audience & Creative Strategy Develop segmented audiences for both B2C and B2B campaigns — including architects, designers, and homeowners. Integrate with GA4 , Google Tag Manager , and UTM tracking for attribution clarity. Build dashboards for campaign performance visualization. Analyze landing page conversion metrics and recommend UX optimizations. 5. Collaboration & Cross-Function Work closely with the Shopify developer , SEO team , and content team to ensure ad readiness of product pages. Align campaign strategy with organic social , email marketing , and influencer collaborations for cohesive storytelling. Liaise with operations to track inventory, shipping, and product readiness before campaigns go live. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing / paid media management for e-commerce or lifestyle brands. Proven track record in running Meta & Google Ads with strong ROAS.
