3D Visualizer Retail

As a 3D Visualizer Retail at our company, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D visuals of retail spaces based on sketches, CAD drawings, and concept presentations. Your role will involve building accurate 3D models in SketchUp with proper materials, lighting, and rendering using V-Ray, Corona, or similar tools. You will enhance visuals through Photoshop for client-ready presentations and work closely with interior designers and project teams to bring design intent to life. Additionally, supporting the development of animated walkthroughs or flythroughs, maintaining organized files, and meeting project deadlines efficiently are key aspects of this role. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 5 years experience in 3D visualization or a related role, a strong portfolio demonstrating retail, commercial, or interior visualization work, proficiency in 3DS Max & SketchUp, and skills in V-Ray, Corona, or similar rendering software. You should also have a solid understanding of Photoshop for post-production, experience with animated renders or walkthroughs is a plus, and possess a strong attention to detail in lighting, materials, proportions, and visual composition. Effective time management skills and the ability to respond well to feedback are crucial for success in this role.
