Social Media Strategist

Role Overview:

Responsible for brand-level social media strategy, content direction, campaign planning and brand voice execution for ALONGE. The strategist will ideate and lead content direction while the posting and execution tasks will be handled by a Social Media Executive/Intern.

Key Responsibilities:

1.         Build monthly and campaign-based content strategies for ALONGE

2.         Define brand voice, tonality, themes, formats and messaging blocks

3.         Create detailed content calendars with references, objectives and context

4.         Write or approve final copies, post text, hooks and reel treatments

5.         Develop briefs for designer, video editor and execution intern

6.         Approve final content before live posting and ensure brand compliance

7.         Track overall performance and provide insights for growth, retention and engagement

8.         Mentor and guide the Social Media Executive handling posting and responses

Requirements:

1.    3+ years of experience in social-first brand building, preferably in fashion/lifestyle

2.    Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills

3.    Ability to convert brand positioning into platform-native content ideas

4.    Experience developing social campaigns beyond just daily posts

5.    Good understanding of IG growth behaviour, formats, content archetypes and analytics

6.    Experience delegating and mentoring junior resources
