About Us

The Living Co. is a fast-growing beauty & wellness brand focused on high-performance, result-driven products. We are looking for a creative Ads Strategist who can conceptualize scripts and guide video editing for high-converting ad campaigns.

Role Overview

The Ads Strategist will develop ad concepts, write compelling scripts, plan shot sequences, and collaborate with editors to create high-performance ads for Meta, Google, and YouTube campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging hooks, scripts, and ad storylines for short-form videos.
• Develop creative concepts for Meta, Google & YouTube ads (UGC + B-roll).
• Work closely with the editing team to ensure output matches strategy.
• Analyze ad performance and refine scripts/creatives for better ROAS.
• Conduct research on trends, competitors, and high-performing ad styles.
• Create briefs for influencers, creators, and internal video teams.
• Optimize messaging, voiceovers, hooks, and visual flow for conversions.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in ad strategy, scripting, or performance creatives.
• Strong understanding of D2C advertising psychology, hooks & CTA structure.
• Ability to write clear, catchy, conversion-driven scripts.
• Basic knowledge of video editing to guide editors (no heavy editing needed).
• Experience with Beauty, Wellness, or FMCG brands is a plus.
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred (remote work-from-home).
