We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Strategist to join Mynd & Bloom — a home fragrance brand that blends aromatherapy, sustainability, and emotion into one beautiful experience.If you live and breathe trends, aesthetics, and storytelling, this role is for you.---What You’ll DoCreate moodboards that set the visual tone for campaigns and brand storytelling.Plan, post, and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.Identify and execute trending content ideas that align with the brand’s vibe.Build and manage the Founder’s personal brand through strategic and authentic content.Collaborate with the design and marketing team for shoots, visuals, and campaign planning.Track analytics, engagement, and performance — and evolve strategy accordingly.Stay ahead of digital, design, and pop culture trends.---What You Bring1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.A strong aesthetic sense and the ability to visualize ideas into moodboards.Solid understanding of Instagram algorithms, storytelling, and content formats.Comfort with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Suite, and analytics dashboards.A creative mindset, proactive approach, and a good sense of humor.---Bonus PointsExperience in wellness, lifestyle, or beauty brands.Understanding of influencer collaborations and user-generated content.You know what’s trending before it trends.
