Social Media Strategist

We’re Hiring: Creative Social Strategist (Full-Time | Ahmedabad)

Mynd and Bloom is looking for a Creative Social Strategist who can bring fresh ideas, cultural insights, and bold storytelling to our digital presence. If you’re someone who lives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and social trends, we’d love for you to join our team.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Develop social-first brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Conceptualize & plan unique campaigns, content themes, and narratives for various platforms.

Research and integrate cultural moments, viral formats, and audience insights into content strategies.

Collaborate with the design, content & social teams to bring strategy into actionable creatives.

Ideate and script creative concepts for reels, stories, campaigns, collaborations.

Work closely with influencer & creator partnerships, amplifying brand reach and impact.

Analyze platform performance, track KPIs, and continuously optimize campaign direction.

🛠️ Core Skills:

Strong grasp of social storytelling, digital culture, and consumer psychology

Ability to turn raw insights into breakthrough creative ideas

Comfortable with content planning tools & trend forecasting

Knowledge of visual communication principles and experience working with creative teams

Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma for mock-ups & idea visualization

Background in agencies / D2C brands is a plus

Experience: 3-4 Years

Salary: 20K to 25K Monthly (Depending upon the skills)
