What You'll Do

Manage and grow Outspark’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and moreConceptualize and write engaging content: reels, carousels, captions, memes, and scriptsAppear in front of the camera for videos, voiceovers, or hosting our social media contentWork with the design and video teams to bring ideas to lifeTrack trends, memes, and viral content — and ride the wave before it’s overPlan and execute content calendars, keeping them fresh, relevant, and on-brandUse insights and analytics to improve content performance

What We’re Looking For

1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media managementStrong writing skills — especially for social media and short-form copyExperience in scriptwriting for reels or video contentComfortable being in front of the camera (big plus if you’ve done it before!)Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practicesCreative thinker with a good sense of aesthetics and timingBonus: If you’ve handled personal or brand pages and grown them from scratchSkills: linkedin,social media marketing,scriptwriting,social media,content strategy,instagram,copywriting,social media management,memes,trend analysis,creative content creation,analytics,content creation
