Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and warm Sales Executive who can confidently manage and convert incoming leads from our ad campaigns — specifically those interested in personalized brand logo products. You’ll be the first voice they hear, the one who understands their needs, shares product details, builds trust, and follows up to close the sale. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from leads generated through digital ad campaigns Understand the customer's requirement (especially regarding brand logos on products) Share relevant product details, customization options, and pricing over WhatsApp/email Follow up with interested leads via calls and messages to encourage conversion Maintain a lead tracker (Google Sheets, CRM, or Airtable-style tool) Coordinate with design and fulfillment teams for custom orders Offer a smooth and friendly customer experience at every touchpoint Ideal Candidate: Naturally warm, persuasive, and good at building rapport Excellent spoken and written communication in English & Hindi Detail-oriented and organized with follow-ups Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Sheets/Excel, and call etiquette Experience with D2C, design-led or gifting brands is a bonus What You’ll Gain: Be part of a purpose-driven, emotionally rich brand Opportunity to grow into a customer success or marketing role Hands-on experience with real-time customer behavior and feedback
