Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage and enhance our digital presence in the immigration and visa consultancy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, running social media campaigns, interacting with potential clients, and increasing brand awareness across various platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of immigration trends, visa processes, and audience engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Content Creation & Strategy:

• Develop engaging and informative content related to immigration news, visa updates, and study/work abroad opportunities.
• Create high-quality graphics, videos, reels, infographics, and blog posts to drive engagement.
• Research and share success stories, testimonials, and case studies of clients.

✅ Social Media Management:

• Handle company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, ).
• Schedule and post regular updates to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

✅ Community Engagement & Growth:

• Build and nurture an active online community of students, professionals, and immigrants.
• Interact with followers, answer questions, and provide useful insights about immigration and visa processes.
• Collaborate with influencers, clients, and industry experts to expand reach.

✅ Advertising & Lead Generation:

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate leads.
• Optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI and lead conversion.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and report insights to management.

✅ Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis:

• Stay updated on immigration policies, visa changes, and travel regulations to provide timely content.
• Monitor competitors' social media strategies and recommend improvements.
• Identify new social media trends and implement them effectively.

✅ SEO & Website Support:

• Assist in maintaining the company's website, blog, and landing pages for lead generation.
• Optimize social media content for SEO to increase organic reach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
