Based in Jaipur, India, and shipping worldwide, our brand is rooted in craftsmanship, contemporary elegance, and ethical practices.

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team and build a strong online presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (images, reels, stories, carousels) aligned with our brand identity.
• Monitor trends and use insights to craft viral, aesthetic, and relevant content.
• Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and direct messages across all platforms.
• Work with influencers, stylists, and content creators for collaborations and UGC campaigns.
• Track performance using analytics tools; provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Assist in planning seasonal campaigns, product launches, and festive content calendars.
• Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, and the product team to source fresh and relevant content.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts (preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle).
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Instagram Reels editing tools (CapCut/InShot).
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, detail, and branding.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing, basic photography or styling, and Shopify.
