We are currently expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist to join our dynamic team. Job Description: As an SMO Specialist, you will be tasked with managing and enhancing the online presence of our products across various social media platforms. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to develop and implement strategies that increase online visibility, build community engagement, and contribute to overall marketing efforts. Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions. ● Analyze social media insights to optimize content delivery and ensure maximum reach and engagement. ● Create and schedule regular social media posts in alignment with the content calendar and marketing objectives. ● Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media with all online and offline advertising campaigns. ● Respond to comments and DMs on various social media platforms to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience. ● Assist in the development and management of promotional and educational content for social media purposes. ● Stay updated with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness. ● Report on performance metrics, analyzing key data, and optimizing strategy as needed. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Digital marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required). ● Experience: 0-1 year in social media management, digital marketing, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. ● Previous internship experience in social media or digital marketing will be given preference. ● Strong understanding of social media platforms (Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and best practices. ● Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video). ● Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels. ● Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
