Job Description: As an SMO Specialist, you will be tasked with managing and enhancing the online presence of our products across various social media platforms. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to develop and implement strategies that increase online visibility, build community engagement, and contribute to overall marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for creating effective email campaigns that land in the primary inbox, improve engagement, and support our outreach to educational institutions. Key Responsibilities Create and manage engaging email campaigns. Build and maintain HTML email templates. Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and suggest improvements. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
