Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Social Media Officer. The Social Media Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and optimizing social media presence. Daily tasks will include content creation, social media monitoring, audience engagement, and analyzing social media performance to improve reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategy
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media management platforms is a plus
