Social Media Officer

● Develop and implement social media strategies to elevate brand visibility, attract traffic, and foster lead generation.

● Curate and schedule compelling content across various social media platforms, tailored to resonate with our target audience.

● Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement rates and conversion metrics, to gauge the impact of social media campaigns.

● Prepare regular reports detailing social media performance and provide insights to refine strategies and achieve marketing goals.

● Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that social media efforts align with overarching marketing objectives.

● Lead the social media wing by providing direction, guidance, and motivation to ensure team members perform effectively.

● Monitor the daily activities of the social media wing and support team members inovercoming challenges and improving performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
