Social Media Officer

Job Description

● Develop and implement social media strategies to elevate brand visibility, attract traffic, and
foster lead generation.● Curate and schedule compelling content across various social media platforms, tailored toresonate with our target audience.● Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement rates andconversion metrics, to gauge the impact of social media campaigns.● Prepare regular reports detailing social media performance and provide insights to refinestrategies and achieve marketing goals.● Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that social media efforts align withoverarching marketing objectives.● Lead the social media wing by providing direction, guidance, and motivation to ensure teammembers perform effectively.● Monitor the daily activities of the social media wing and support team members inovercoming challenges and improving performance.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
● 2 years of experience in social media management.● Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
