About Us:
YoungMinds is an EdTech initiative helping children (ages 8–15) learn Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and AI skills through practical, hands-on programs.

About the Role:
We are looking for an Innovation Mentor / Trainer who can guide students through creative activities, STEM projects, and entrepreneurship learning.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive sessions on Innovation, STEM, and Entrepreneurship
• Mentor students during hands-on activities and projects
• Design and deliver promotional workshops for schools
• Ensure student engagement and learning outcomes
• Support curriculum delivery and events like bootcamps and showcases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Science/Engineering/Education preferred)
• Good communication skills (English & Malayalam)
• Passion for teaching and working with children
• Experience in STEM education is a plus (freshers can also apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
