Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored social media marketing plans around artists and musicians for launching new tracks and catalogue.
• Lead content creation efforts, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with optimal impact.
• Stay updated with current industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure innovative approaches to marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as graphic designers, videographers, editors and SEO team to produce cohesive marketing assets.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and creative projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising strategies.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting methods.
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
