Roles and Responsibilities Develop brand-focused creative solutions by leveraging music, IPs, talent, and digital assets Collaborate with the Brands team to ideate brand campaigns and pitches Interpret brand briefs and turn them into strong, executable creative proposals Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive concept development and execution Use existing assets and partnerships to craft innovative brand solutions Stay updated with market trends, consumer behavior, and media consumption to feed into creative strategy Must Haves 8–10 years of experience in media agency/ gaming/ social media/ radio/ digital platforms in a similar solutioning role Strong creative thinking, with the ability to convert abstract ideas into structured, brand-relevant solutions Proven ability to build brand campaigns using content, partnerships, and a deep understanding of music and pop culture Show more Show less
