To excel in this position, you must possess a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a media agency, gaming, social media, radio, or digital platforms, specifically in a role focused on developing similar solutions. You should demonstrate strong creative thinking skills, with the ability to transform abstract concepts into structured, brand-relevant solutions. Moreover, your track record should highlight your proficiency in building brand campaigns by utilizing content, partnerships, and a deep understanding of music and pop culture.,
