The specialist will oversee social media marketing strategies, create content tailored to various platforms, and manage campaigns across digital channels. Responsibilities include monitoring analytics, optimizing content performance, enhancing engagement, and collaborating with the team to align marketing efforts with overall brand strategy.

Skills required:

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and produce actionable insights
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset for developing engaging content
• Familiarity with industry tools and platforms for managing and tracking social media campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role or related field is added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Experience in digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proficiency in Tamil and English for ads and content.
• Knowledge of 360-degree digital marketing.
• Agency experience is an added value.
