As a Social Media Specialist at Lokpriy, you will be instrumental in shaping visual stories that speak to culture, creativity, and consumer connection. You will work closely with our Brand Managers, Designers, Copywriters, and Video Team, gaining hands-on experience in crafting brand strategies and designs that captivate audiences, influence perceptions, and inspire action.

Roles & Responsibilities

• As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for our brands. You'll move beyond just social media posting and take on the strategic thinking behind it. You'll:
• Own the Brand's Narrative: Manage and execute day-to-day social media activities for multiple client accounts and platforms. Your role is not just to post, but to grow the brands you manage.
• Create and Strategize Content: Plan, schedule, and post engaging content that aligns with the brand's unique tone and objectives. You'll be a key player in brainstorming and executing new content ideas.
• Analyze and Optimize: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and ideas for improvement. We'll rely on you to tell us what's working and what's not.
• Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with designers, content creators, and senior managers to ensure high-quality campaigns are delivered on time. This is a chance to learn from the best and grow your skills.
• Be a Brand Champion: Take full ownership of your assigned brands. This means ensuring consistent quality, timely delivery, and a proactive approach to their success.

• A Multi-Tasking Pro: You have hands-on experience managing multiple social media accounts, whether through personal brands, freelance clients, or agency work. You're comfortable juggling tasks and delivering results for different brands simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on social media or brand-handling experience (agency, brand, or freelance).
• Platform Expertise: Proven familiarity with a range of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and an eagerness to learn about new and emerging platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Understanding of basic analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
• A Go-Getter Attitude: You are a creative problem-solver with a strong desire to take initiative and make things happen.
