In this role, you will edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, storytelling ability, and proficiency with editing software. Responsibilities: Edit video content to support various platforms and projects, ensuring high quality and consistency. Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film. Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects. Create rough and final cuts. Could you ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of videos? To maximize efficiency, continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, and managing content across all major social media platforms, developing strategies to engage targeted audiences, and driving brand awareness. This role requires a creative and data-driven individual who stays ahead of the latest trends and digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and target audience. Create content calendars and manage posting schedules across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram and google my business etc.). Research and stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing. Content Creation & Curation: Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts, stories, graphics, videos) that resonates with our target audience. Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual content. Curate relevant industry content to share with the community to keep the audience engaged. Repurpose and optimize content across platforms to maximize engagement. Community Engagement & Brand Awareness: Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and online communities. Promote brand values, voice, and messaging across social media channels. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to ensure continuous improvement. Paid Social Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads). adjusting targeting, creatives, and budget allocations as necessary. Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance. Analytics & Reporting: Track social media trends and metrics to analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve content, campaigns, and engagement strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Marketer, or similar role. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and trends.. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in content creation.. Ability to analyze social media performance data and derive actionable insights. Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for digital marketing. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
