Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics to optimize campaigns across various platforms.

Duties

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Implement SEO best practices in content creation for improved search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy and optimize posts for discoverability.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and editing content.
  • Understanding of public relations principles and relationship management strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing techniques is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to drive decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
