Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager - PPC Advertising to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and be adept at leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical thinking, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

We are an entrepreneurial company in the interior building products arena (kitchen and bath remodeling) experiencing explosive growth through multiple channels including direct sales, E-commerce, and retail.

Our ideal candidate would be currently working full-time for a Digital Marketing Agency with a specialization in PPC Advertising for multiple clients. You've reached a point that you would like to take your broad experience and focus it in being a key member of a marketing team driving a start-up business to incredible success.

Duties

  • Manage performance marketing initiatives across various platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Twitter Ads, and Facebook Advertising.
  • Oversee PPC campaign management, ensuring optimal performance through continuous monitoring and adjustments.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to enhance organic search visibility.
  • Analyze web analytics data using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Plan and manage budgets for digital marketing advertising campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support e-commerce initiatives and conversion optimization efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Skills

  • Proficiency in performance marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, and DoubleClick for media buying.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, SEM tactics, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance.
  • Ability to conduct thorough keyword research to inform content strategies.
  • Excellent social media management skills across various platforms.
