Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Varanasi.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram via Meta Ads Manager to achieve marketing goals.

2. Conducting A/B tests on creatives, copy, audience segments, and placements to boost CTR, CPA, and ROI.

3. Researching and defining target audiences using demographic, behavioral, and lookalike insights to craft precise campaigns.

4. Analyzing campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS), preparing weekly reports, and recommending optimization strategies.

5. Collaborating with design and copy teams to develop engaging visuals and ad copy consistent with brand voice.

6. Managing budgets, allocating spend across campaigns, monitoring daily spend, and adjusting strategies to stay within targets.

7. Tracking Meta Ads trends and algorithm updates; suggesting innovative formats to enhance campaign effectiveness.

8. Coordinating with the broader marketing team to align ad initiatives with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
