Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Varanasi. Day-to-day responsibilities: 1. Creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram via Meta Ads Manager to achieve marketing goals. 2. Conducting A/B tests on creatives, copy, audience segments, and placements to boost CTR, CPA, and ROI. 3. Researching and defining target audiences using demographic, behavioral, and lookalike insights to craft precise campaigns. 4. Analyzing campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS), preparing weekly reports, and recommending optimization strategies. 5. Collaborating with design and copy teams to develop engaging visuals and ad copy consistent with brand voice. 6. Managing budgets, allocating spend across campaigns, monitoring daily spend, and adjusting strategies to stay within targets. 7. Tracking Meta Ads trends and algorithm updates; suggesting innovative formats to enhance campaign effectiveness. 8. Coordinating with the broader marketing team to align ad initiatives with overall business objectives. About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Instagram Strategy & Execution . Build and implement a growth-focused content strategy aligned with brand goals. . Strong portfolio of Reels, Carousels, and Stories that actually performed. 3. Eye for design - comfortable using Canva, Adobe Suite, or mobile editing apps. 4. Hands-on with Instagram trends, audio, formats, and storytelling. 5. Analytical mindset - familiar with Insights and how to tweak content accordingly. 6. Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads Manager and growth marketing. 7. Highly organized, meets deadlines, and works proactively with minimal supervision. 8. Someone who genuinely loves travel and understands Gen-Z/Millennial audience tone.
