Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and trends. Design and execute social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations. Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth). Engage with followers, respond to queries and manage online community interactions. Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure visually appealing posts and videos. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with overall brand messaging. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools. Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite. Basic understanding of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, etc.) Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Creativity with attention to detail. Basic video editing or reel creation skills is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field (preferred). 0–2 years of relevant experience in social media marketing.
