Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a Social Media Ads Specialist to plan, create, and manage engaging multimedia advertising campaigns across Facebook, Snp chat and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, strong creative instincts, and the ability to optimize both video and static content for performance. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, traffic, and conversions through paid social strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Create and manage multimedia ad creatives, including video and static images. Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for engagement and ROI. Conduct A/B testing to improve creatives, audiences, and placements. Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-performing assets. Analyze metrics and generate performance reports with actionable insights. Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and basic ad analytics tools. Understanding of creative best practices for social media advertising. Experience with video editing or creative tools (e.g., Canva, Filmora & Adobe Suite) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
