Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with 1.5+ years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing online communities to enhance brand visibility and engagement. A solid understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) tailored to IT services.
• Create engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics) aligned with the brand voice.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and leads.
• Monitor KPIs like engagement, reach, traffic, leads, and conversions using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis in the tech/IT space to identify opportunities.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a content calendar for regular updates and campaigns

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in an

  IT services

  company.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation via social platforms.
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.
• Knowledge of SEO basics and performance marketing is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and branding.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
