Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive with a creative mindset and strong knowledge of digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance our digital presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regular posting.
• Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activities to enhance strategy.
• Run paid campaigns and analyze their performance.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Track and report on key metrics to measure ROI and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
• Hands-on experience with running paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Good knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Excellent communication and creative skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
