About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager with 5+ years of proven experience in generating leads and driving business growth through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies for lead generation across LinkedIn, Upwork, and email marketing campaigns Create and manage outreach pipelines to connect with potential clients and decision-makers Prepare compelling proposals and responses for projects on Upwork and other freelance portals Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a consistent follow-up strategy Collaborate with marketing team to convert leads into long-term business Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities Track and report on performance metrics related to outreach and conversion Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT or digital services Strong knowledge of Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Why Join Us?
