About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing social media for B2B brands, e-commerce companies, or digital marketing agencies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) for the company.
• Handle the end-to-end shoot process – ideation, coordination, execution, and content delivery.
• Willingness to travel to different shoot locations as per project requirements.
• Analyze current industry trends, competitor activity, and company’s social media performance data to drive strategies.
• Develop engaging content calendars and campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales, etc.) to deliver consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor performance KPIs and prepare regular reports on ROI, engagement, and growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Proven track record with B2B brands, e-commerce, or agency background.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, analytics, and content creation.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver creative campaigns.
• Candidates who can join within 7 days will be preferred.
