Social Media Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Manager with strong video editing skills, a solid grasp of meme culture and a basic understanding of finance. You will manage our social presence, edit existing content into engaging formats, and help communicate financial concepts in a relatable, entertaining way. No content shooting is required.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Social Media Strategy & Management

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute a social media strategy tailored to our brand and financial niche.

•⁠ ⁠Manage day-to-day activity across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook).

•⁠ ⁠Plan, schedule, and publish content through social media management tools.

•⁠ ⁠Stay ahead of platform trends, viral formats, and Internet culture.

2.⁠ ⁠Video Editing & Content Repurposing

•⁠ ⁠Edit provided footage into highly engaging videos (reels, shorts, educational clips, promo videos).

•⁠ ⁠Convert long-form financial content into short, digestible, and entertaining pieces.

•⁠ ⁠Create meme-style edits, topical posts, or finance-related humorous content while maintaining brand accuracy.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure all content aligns with brand style and adheres to financial accuracy.

3.⁠ ⁠Finance + Meme Culture Integration

•⁠ ⁠Translate basic financial concepts into simple, relatable, and meme-friendly content.

•⁠ ⁠Use meme culture, humor, and trends to make finance approachable without compromising clarity.

•⁠ ⁠Keep content relevant, fresh, and educational.

4.⁠ ⁠Community Engagement

•⁠ ⁠Respond to comments, DMs, and audience questions with brand-aligned communication.

•⁠ ⁠Participate in discussions around finance trends, market updates, and community conversations.

5.⁠ ⁠Analytics & Reporting

•⁠ ⁠Track and evaluate content performance metrics.

•⁠ ⁠Provide insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

•⁠ ⁠Familiar with meme culture, pop culture references, and trending formats.

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of finance concepts (e.g., investing, budgeting, markets, financial terminology).

•⁠ ⁠Good grasp of social media algorithms and content best practices.

•⁠ ⁠Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus.

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
