Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  social media strategies

  aligned with brand and business goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations for platforms including

  Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter)

• Plan, create, and oversee engaging

  content calendars, campaigns, and collaborations

  .
• Work closely with the

  design and performance marketing teams

  to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions, and generate

  monthly performance reports

• Identify trends, competitor insights, and new growth opportunities on emerging platforms.
• Manage influencer partnerships and community engagement initiatives.
• Run

  paid campaigns

  on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google (optional if role includes performance).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in

  social media management or digital marketing

  .
• Proven experience in growing social media presence and engagement.
• Strong understanding of

  analytics tools

  (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics).
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for trends, design, and digital culture.
• Familiarity with paid ads, influencer marketing, and CRM tools is a plus.
