Social Media Marketing Manager 📍 Location: Remote 💼 Experience: 2–4 years (Social Media / Digital Marketing) 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s digital presence across platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing impactful content, managing clients, and building an engaged community that drives brand awareness, engagement, conversions & client relations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals. Manage day-to-day operations for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter) . Plan, create, and oversee engaging content calendars, campaigns, and collaborations . Work closely with the design and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling. Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions, and generate monthly performance reports . Identify trends, competitor insights, and new growth opportunities on emerging platforms. Manage influencer partnerships and community engagement initiatives. Run paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google (optional if role includes performance). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing . Proven experience in growing social media presence and engagement. Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics). Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Creative mindset with a passion for trends, design, and digital culture.
