Social Media Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social media content creation, copywriting, coordination with design teams, and performance analysis. A solid understanding of email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Kalviyo is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Copywriting:

Create engaging and high-performing content tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

• Graphics Copywriting & Coordination:

Collaborate with the design team to deliver clear, persuasive copy for visuals, carousels, reels, and paid ads.

• Landing Page Content Writing:

Write impactful and conversion-oriented copy for website landing pages and collaborate with the Project Manager or client for revisions and approvals.

• Email Marketing & Newsletters:

Craft compelling email campaigns and newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, Kalviyo, or similar platforms.

• Campaign Reporting:

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports, derive insights, and suggest improvements.

• Cross-team Collaboration:

Work closely with the design, development, and SEO teams to ensure content alignment and performance optimization across channels.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or a similar role.
• Strong command of English and a flair for writing creative, crisp, and targeted content.
• Proficient with social media platforms and basic tools for scheduling and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Kalviyo, etc.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
