data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to take our digital presence to the next level and grow our B2B audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute a monthly social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest).

• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to increase visibility and lead generation.

• Collaborate with the design and sales team to create engaging content (photos, reels, stories, and videos).

• Write compelling captions and posts aligned with brand tone and business goals.

• Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement, and prepare monthly performance reports.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the jewelry and luxury industry.

• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and nurture relationships to build brand loyalty.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand (preferably in fashion, jewelry, or luxury sector).

• Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and content analytics.

• Experience with photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite preferred).

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Creative eye for design, aesthetics, and brand consistency.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B jewelry marketing or wholesale branding.

• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and lead nurturing through digital campaigns.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and influencer collaboration.
