Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh, India, for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The individual will develop and implement social media strategies, manage daily content creation, and perform social media optimization (SMO). Responsibilities include engaging with online communities, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to amplify brand campaigns. The role also involves driving engagement and discovering innovative ways to grow a strong online presence.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
Strong communication skills for audience engagement and team coordination.
Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy for various platforms.
Understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and performance analysis techniques.
Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience managing social media platforms for brands or agencies is an advantage.
