We’re not about boring marketing — we build campaigns people want to talk about. We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead client campaigns and craft impactful brand narratives. What You’ll Do: - Build and execute social media strategies for clients - Plan and manage content calendars for multiple platforms - Research trends, competitors, and audience insights for fresh ideas - Oversee creative production — graphics, reels, videos, and shoots - Write and review captions, hashtags, and ad copies - Manage multiple client accounts ensuring consistency and results - Track analytics, optimize campaigns, and prepare reports - Collaborate with designers, editors, and ad specialists What We’re Looking For: - 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing (agency preferred) - Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn trends - Creative thinker with great communication and writing skills - Skilled at managing multiple brands and meeting deadlines - Intermediate knowledge of Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro and other AI tools - Experience in paid ads or coordination with ad teams is a plus - Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Perks: - Work-from-office role at a growing creative agency - Incentives based on performance (₹1,000–₹5,000) - Opportunity to handle campaigns across industries - Mentorship from a young, dynamic team - Chance to grow into senior or leadership roles
