Studio Corelands is expanding its presence in India, and we’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Dera Bassi. If you’re someone who can turn strategies into engaging campaigns and love building brands online, we’d love to hear from you!



Role & Responsibilities


  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) for the company and its clients.
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Plan and create content calendars on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Work with the design team to create engaging visuals, graphics, and videos.
  • Write clear, creative, and brand-consistent captions and copy for posts, ads, and campaigns.
  • Run and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for best ROI.
  • Conduct monthly analytics and performance reports for clients, with insights and recommendations.
  • Track social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep brands relevant and engaging.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships when required.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and identity across all platforms.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries.
  • Use social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
  • Support brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and new marketing initiatives.


What We’re Looking For


  • 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Familiarity with social media management software such as Hootsuite.
  • Excellent communication and content writing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).


Nice to Have


  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and outreach.
