We are hiring a passionate and tech-savvy Social Media Marketing Manager to build a strong digital presence for our IT services brand. You will be responsible for leading social media strategy, content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness and generate leads in the B2B and B2C tech space.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for IT services, products, and solutions
• Manage social media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
• Create engaging posts, reels, infographics, and videos showcasing tech services, success stories, and case studies
• Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) to drive traffic and inquiries
• Collaborate with the tech team to create content around services like cloud, networking, AMC, cybersecurity, etc.
• Monitor trends in IT/digital space and implement them creatively in content
• Track KPIs, prepare analytics reports, and optimize strategies accordingly
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and handle reputation management

✅ Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Mass Communication, or related field
• 2+ years of experience managing social media for IT companies or digital brands
• Strong understanding of IT services, software, and digital solutions
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite
• Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn Marketing is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

✅ Preferred Skills

• Experience working with lead generation campaigns for tech services
• Basic video editing or motion graphics creation
• Familiarity with WordPress and CRM integration for social leads
• Understanding of IT client personas and decision-makers
