Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager, based in New Delhi. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing online platforms, creating content plans, and driving digital marketing campaigns with 3-4 years of experience. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with audiences on various social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the creative team to ensure brand voice consistency and impactful messaging with a content creation knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Content Strategy
• Experience in Digital Marketing strategies and campaigns
• Effective project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and creative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in social media management and campaign execution is preferred
