Social Media Marketing - Lead

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Lead who can take ownership of both performance and people. This is a leadership role. You will manage a team of social media executives, guide campaign strategy, and ensure high-quality execution across all channels.

You are expected to be hands-on with ads, data, and results while also mentoring and managing the team.

This is not just a coordination role. You will lead from the front.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Performance

• Plan, run, and scale paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
• Own strategy, budget allocation, and performance targets
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for ROI
• Test creatives, audiences, and formats to improve results
• Set up and manage pixels, events, and conversion tracking
• Analyze data using GA4 and platform insights
• Create reports and present results to management or clients

Team Management

• Manage and mentor a team of social media and paid ads executives
• Assign tasks, review work, and ensure deadlines are met
• Train junior team members on best practices and new platform updates
• Conduct weekly check-ins and performance reviews
• Define workflows, SOPs, and quality standards
• Maintain high productivity and accountability within the team

Strategy & Collaboration

• Lead content planning with the creative and content team
• Review and approve ad copy, creatives, and content calendars
• Align social media strategy with overall marketing and business goals
• Coordinate with other marketing channels for integrated campaigns

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Proven experience managing a team
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics
• Ability to build and manage large campaign budgets
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
