Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing professional to manage our online presence and engage audiences across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring social media strategies to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, posts).
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build relationships within online communities.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, algorithms, and emerging social media platforms.
  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends to improve engagement.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and implement best practices for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing or similar role (1–3 years for executive / 3–5 years for manager).
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and digital marketing concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with content management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with influencer marketing and community building.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Understanding of paid ad campaign optimization and A/B testing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Growth in followers and engagement rate.
  • Increase in website traffic and leads generated from social media.
  • Improvement in ad ROI and campaign conversion rates.
  • Timely content scheduling and consistency in brand communication.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week
